Our Subscription Policy
The Rehab Doc Official offers paid subscription services for healthcare professionals who wish to use our platform and connect with patients. This Refund Policy applies only to paid subscriptions. Newsletter subscriptions are free and are not subject to subscription fees or refunds.
01 Subscription Payments
The applicable subscription fee and subscription period will be displayed before payment. By completing a payment, the subscriber agrees to the applicable subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

02 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, except where a refund is approved under this policy or required by applicable law.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- Payment completed but subscription not activated due to a technical issue.
- Service unavailable due to an issue attributable to The Rehab Doc Official.
- Any refund required under applicable law.
Refund eligibility: Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request will be reviewed by The Rehab Doc Official. Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures.
04 Cancellation
Subscribers may contact us to request cancellation of their subscription, subject to the applicable subscription terms.
Cancellation of an active subscription does not automatically qualify the subscriber for a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.
